Questions
Which treatments can I claim?
Our remedial treatments: Remedial Massage, Remedial Deep Tissue, Remedial Sports, Remedial Thai, Remedial Pregnancy and Remedial Back, Head & Shoulders. They're marked HICAPS on our menu, and must be given by one of our qualified remedial therapists.
What isn't covered?
Health funds don't pay for relaxing treatments, whatever they're called: Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Lymphatic, Foot Reflexology, Facials, Reiki and our packages. Treatments paid with a gift voucher can't be claimed either.
How much will I get back?
It depends on your fund and your level of cover. Ask your fund what you're covered for under remedial massage.
Is my fund on the list?
We work with most major health funds. Not sure about yours? Call us and we'll check.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. It's emailed to you, with the item number.
Can you work with my physio or chiro?
Yes. We're happy to fit in with their treatment plan.
