Booking terms
What to know when you book with Lux Thai. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Booking
Book online through our Fresha booking page, or call us on 0413 642 830. The price is the one shown when you book. Our treatments and prices are on our Treatments page.
Changes and cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel. You can do it in your Fresha account (the link is in your booking confirmation) or by calling 0413 642 830.
We don't charge a fee for late changes, late cancellations or missed appointments. If it happens more than once, we may ask you to pay when you book future appointments.
If we need to change or cancel your booking, we'll let you know as soon as we can and help you find another time, at no cost to you.
Running late
If you arrive late we'll do our best, but your treatment may need to finish at the booked time so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Your health
Please fill in your health form before your visit and tell us about any injuries, conditions, medications or pregnancy, and anything that has changed. Your therapist may adjust or decline a treatment if it isn't safe for you. Massage isn't a substitute for medical care, so please see your doctor about any health concern.
Health fund rebates
Remedial treatments given by our qualified remedial therapists can be claimed on the spot with HICAPS. Your rebate depends on your fund and level of cover, so please check with your fund. Relaxation treatments aren't covered by health funds.
Paying
You pay after your treatment by card, HICAPS, cash or gift voucher. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Gift vouchers
Valid for 3 years from purchase. A voucher can be used over more than one visit, and the balance stays on it. Gift vouchers can't be exchanged for cash.
Professional service
Lux Thai is a professional therapeutic massage clinic. Any inappropriate request ends the treatment immediately, with full payment due.
Your rights and your privacy
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. How we handle your information is set out on our Privacy page.
